Festival Rules & Agreement

Submission Guidelines:

All films must be completed after January 1, 2020
Films can be of any length, genre, or format
Subtitles required for non-English films
Previous festival screenings are acceptable
Films must be available for screening February 27 - March 1, 2025

Rights & Permissions:

Submitter must own all rights to the submitted film
Festival reserves the right to use excerpts for promotional purposes
Selected films grant festival screening rights for the event duration

Selection Process:

All submissions will be reviewed by our programming committee
Selection notifications will be sent by January 15, 2025
Submission fees are non-refundable regardless of selection status
